Last Thursday, June 2, the day of the Fuengirola-Mijas Viva Forum was held. On this occasion the Real Estate Sector in Mijas and Fuengirola was debated, with the participation of Ms. Elena Narváez Valdivia, President of the Real Estate Market Association (Ausmin), Mr. José Antonio Pérez, Director of the Real Estate Chair of the Institute of Business Practice (IPE) and Mr. José Carlos Romero Gómez, Director of the Center of Businesses Eastern Andalusia and Murcia (Caixabank). Also yesterday was the first of these day organized between the Chair of Business Viability of the University of Malaga and CEPYME (Association of small and medium enterprises in Fuengirola-Mijas).

One of the main conclusions that were obtained during the development of the debate was that on the Costa del Sol, and especially from Malaga to Marbella, there is a noticeable upturn in the real estate sector. Due to this, it was concluded that good expectations are open for the coming years, both at economic and employment levels in that area.
